This is a fraudulent violation warning. This was a school bus that was sitting on Dunns Avenue with no lights deployed. There was no students in the area, just the bus driver sitting in the bus looking around. Apparently in the photograph is the side of the bus and you can see that there was no lights deployed. So why did I receive a warning when I did nothing to deserve it. When contacting the 877 number no one could tell me anything other than it was no no citation written, but, the recording was only concerned with paying for a violation. How many people have received a fraudulent citation in the same manner. The question is how do you remove this from your driving record? This act was completely scandalous with no way to appeal and they hung the phone up on me on two occasions.
