Patrick Senecal's wheel fence. He started the fence as a pandemic project Saturday May 9th, 2020, at age 79. He will finish it this year at 81. Every post was hand dug. Every large wheel set by hand. He has worked on it off and on the last 3 years as he also built two barns.
