This is a pic from my cousin Ramona who lives in Big Bear Lake, CA from yesterday. She’s snowed in but is well stocked with food and has power and is staying cozy by the fireplace. This is why I live in Florida.
It’s a beautiful day to thank my late grandfather Raymond Owens for his service in World War 2. He fought in the Army in the Pacific Theatre. He passed away in January 2011. When he heard Pearl Harbor was attacked he and his brothers and friends from a small town in West Virginia immediately went to enlist to help protect their home.
