Hurricane Patty's restaurant raises money for Hurricane Matthew victims

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Hurricane Patty's restaurant held a fundraiser Thursday night for two local families who lost a lot during Hurricane Matthew.

The St. Augustine restaurant was one of many places that flooded during the storm, but the owners wanted to help the families for the holidays.

Hurricane Patty's is a popular place for locals and the community came together in support of the families that have not been able to return to their homes since they was ruined in Hurricane Matthew.

The proceeds from the fundraiser will be used to buy Christmas gifts for the familys' children.
