Dunkin’ of Jacksonville takes action to bring joy to Feeding Northeast Florida

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation celebrated its “Month of Joy” in Jacksonville by having teams of local Dunkin’ franchisees and crew members volunteer at Feeding Northeast Florida.

Volunteers assembled 2,800 snack packs to equal 5,600 meals for kids battling hunger or illness.

The Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation also donated $100,000 to Feeding America to support kids facing hunger.

Across the country, Dunkin’ franchisees and crew members will be volunteering their time at more than 70 food banks throughout the country during the “Month of Joy.”

Since launching in 2006, the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation has granted more than $40 million to hundreds of national and local charities across the country.
