One month to go! Tips to train for the Gate River Run It’s not too late to start preparing for the 15K race
The Gate River Run is officially one month away! News4JAX will be broadcasting the race live for another year.
Each Friday in February at 7 p.m., Alessandra Pontbriand and Julie Stackhouse will discuss different topics on News4JAX+ about preparing for the race.
If you haven’t started training yet, it’s not too late to start. In the first episode of the series, Alessandra and Julie give you all the details on how to train, the best mindset to have, and tips for getting over the Green Monster a.k.a. the Hart Bridge.
