Preparing for the Gate River Run: How to fuel your body to feel the best on race day!

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – For another year, News4JAX will be broadcasting the Gate River Run live! Each Friday in February at 7 p.m., Alessandra Pontbriand and Julie Stackhouse will discuss different topics on News4JAX+ about preparing for the race.

As training starts to wind down two weeks out, now it’s time to focus on fueling your body the best way so you can feel the best on race day! Julie talks about her tips for optimal nutrition.
