JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Florida-Georgia Hall of Fame luncheon was held Thursday, with four players being inducted. From Georgia, Fred Gilbert and Sony Michel were enshrined. From the Gators, Todd Johnson and Brandon James were inducted.

James played locally at St. Augustine and won a state championship in his final season in 2005. At Florida, he set four SEC and 11 Florida records, including career kickoff return yards (2,718), career punt return yards (1,371), most total kick returns (229), and most total return yardage (4,089). He is one of only two Gators ever to return both a punt and a kickoff for a touchdown, finishing his career with five total return scores.
James was the SEC Special Teams Player of the Year in 2008.
Johnson played safety at Florida from 1999 to 2002 and started 35 games. He was a two-time first-team All-SEC selection.
