Quality wins: Florida High, Ponte Vedra, Providence.
Notable: Two solid wins for the Tigers since last week, a 72-68 W over a very good Providence and a 74-41 romp over Nease. They’ve got Bolles (Thursday) and Pine Ridge (Saturday). Javion Davis (14.2 ppg), Donald Hackworth (12.8 ppg, 7.2 rpg), Corenzes Dennard (9.6 ppg) and Terrell Mosely II (9.6 ppg) are leading the area’s top team.

Quality wins: Bolles, Tocoi Creek.
Notable: The Stallions went 2-1 since our last Super 6, edging Doctor Phillips (53-50) and blasting previous No. 2 Tocoi Creek (74-43). You think Providence took issue with being ranked below the Toros last week? Mercy. What a romp. They also dropped a 72-68 game to No. 1 Jackson. Big one on deck Friday night against Impact Christian and another one on Saturday against Windermere. William Stewart (16 ppg, 6.7 rpg), Marvin Christie (14.2 ppg, 6.8 rpg) and Ryan Gornto (13.3 ppg) are leading a very balanced Stallions team.

Quality win: Coral Glades, Creekside.
Notable: Great start for the Lions. They beat Coral Gables (76-66) in their lone game since our last Super 6. They’ve got unbeaten Episcopal at home on Tuesday night in what should be a tough test. Then, Impact visits No. 2 Providence on Friday. Ronald Clark (18.3 ppg), Frandy Perez (15.3 ppg, 6.8 rpg), Mechack Olungu (10.8 ppg, 9.5 rpg) and Jeremiah Jones (10.8 ppg) have looked good for the Lions.

Quality wins: Bishop Kenny, Milton.
