JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Edward Waters University announced the hire of a new athletic director Ashley S. Conner on Monday afternoon.
Conner has been with the school since the summer of 2023, starting out as the associate AD for student services and senior women administrator. School president A. Zachary Faison Jr. said he was told of Conner’s passion for athletics long after she started her academic role. She’d been juggling the academic role with the athletic side after EWU and former AD Ivana Rich parted ways.
