Jaguars add two new assistant coaches to staff

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jaguars are bringing in two new assistant coaches, making it official just one day after announced that both coordinators will be returning to the team next season.

Mathieu Araujo will be the defensive pass game coordinator. He spent four seasons with the Dolphins as the cornerbacks coach and assistant defensive backs coach. Araujo will be reuniting with defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile. They both coached for Miami in 2022-2023.

Brian Picucci will be the run game coordinator. He spent the past two seasons with the Buccaneers as the offensive line coach. Picucci worked with Jaguars head coach Liam Coen in Tampa Bay in 2024 and at Kentucky as a quality control coach in 2023. He also coached Coen at UMass from 2005-2008.
