Ticketing, parking, shuttle information for 2018 TPC

Where do I park?
On Tuesday and Wednesday, fans can park free in the general parking lot and no parking pass is required. Thursday-Sunday, fans are required to purchase parking in advance ($30 Thursday and Sunday per day for general parking; and $35 Friday and Saturday per day in general parking).

Parking passes must be purchased in advance. Limited quantity available. Volunteers will not sell parking passes in the lot. Parking will not be sold at Publix or Will Call. For directions via GPS, use 5387 Palm Valley Road, Ponte Vedra Beach.

What about carpool parking?
Fans can park for free and help The Players to go green by carpooling to the tournament. Four or more guests in a vehicle can park for free Thursday through Sunday with the “Four for Free” parking voucher. Fans can go online to download the voucher, which allows free parking in the general lot off of County Road 210.

NOTE: A new voucher must be downloaded and printed for each day, but there is no limit to the number of days guests can park for free. Limited quantity available.

Getting to The Players Championship:
1. Download or update the Uber app on your phone
2. Enter Destination: The Players Championship
3. Arrive at the 880 A1A North, Ponte Vedra Beach shopping plaza
4. Take the designated Uber shuttle from the parking lot near shopping plaza to the Couples Entry located off of ATP Blvd.
5. Enter the tournament through the Couples Entry

Leaving The Players Championship:
1. Exit tournament grounds through the Couples Entry
2. Follow the tournament signage to designated Uber shuttle pick up area outside the Couples Entry
3. Take the designated Uber shuttle from Couples Entry to the parking lot at the 880 A1A North, Ponte Vedra Beach shopping plaza
4. Get in available Uber and head to your preferred destination

Are there shuttles?
Shuttles are available from downtown-area hotels to TPC Sawgrass for The Players, Thursday through Sunday of tournament week.  Shuttles from the Jacksonville Landing, Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, DoubleTree Riverfront and Lexington Hotel will be available to hotel guests and for residents to "park and ride," providing a convenient and cost-effective way for fans to get to and from the tournament.

Fans can access the shuttles by purchasing a shuttle pass at the hotel (Omni Jacksonville, Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, Lexington Hotel and DoubleTree Riverfront) front desks for $10. Shuttles will operate Thursday through Sunday.

Pickup times: 
· Hyatt Regency Jacksonville – 7:45, 9:50 and 10:45 a.m., 12:50 p.m.
· Hogan Street side of the Jacksonville Landing – 8, 9:30 and 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m.
· DoubleTree Riverfront – 8:15, 9:15, and11:15 a.m., 12:15 p.m.
· Lexington Hotel – 8:20, 9:10 and 11:20 a.m., 12:10 p.m.

Return Times: 
· Thursday-Saturday, shuttles will return to the hotels each day leaving TPC Sawgrass at 2, 3:30, 5 and 6:30 p.m.
· Sunday shuttles will return to the hotels each day leaving TPC Sawgrass at 2, 3:30, 5, 6:30 and 8 p.m.

Tickets

Where do I purchase tickets for the tournament?
Tickets for The Players 2018 are on sale at THEPLAYERS.com as well as at 56 Publix stores throughout Northeast Florida and the surrounding areas, including two locations in Georgia. Stadium Passes are $25 for Tuesday, $20 for Wednesday; $60 Thursday and Sunday, $65 for Friday and $70 for Saturday. Fans can also purchase a weekly Stadium Pass for $225, which includes admission Tuesday-Sunday. Stadium Pass prices are exclusive of sales tax and do not include parking.

Does The Players allow re-entry into the tournament?
Yes, fans must get their hand stamped prior to leaving the tournament in order to re-enter that day.

Is there a military discount?
The Players is once again proud to continue its policy of providing free or affordable access to the tournament for men and women of the U.S. Armed Services. The Players provides all career military (active duty, Reserve, military retirees and dependents) with complimentary admission to the tournament all week. All military must bring printed vouchers and photo IDs to the Military Tickets tents located at any of the tournament entries. What about children?
Youth 18 and younger are admitted free of charge when accompanied by a ticketed adult, and there is no limit to the number of youth fans admitted with that ticketed adult. Youth admission makes The Players the affordable for families, who only need to pay the cost of the tickets for the adults, or even a youth sports team, as the entire team can gain admission with one ticketed adult.

The Family Plan package offers additional savings and benefits for families seeking a day at The Players. Families get two adult Stadium Passes, unlimited youth admission at the entry and two $10 concession vouchers. The Family Plan is $120 for Thursday and Sunday, $130 for Friday and $140 for Saturday (taxes not included). Parking passes are additional, but remember that any car with four or more passengers parks for free under The Players “Four for Free” policy (download vouchers here). The Family Plan is offered at 28 participating Daily’s convenience stores. Tickets are available at Daily’s starting March 5.

The McKenzie Noelle Wilson Foundation Kid Zone featuring The First Tee Experience will have an enclosed air-conditioned — an interactive destination for kids & families attending The Players Championship. The Kid Zone features The First Tee Experience, a restroom trailer, videoboards, shaded area and more. This is not a day care area, as parents are required to stay with their children, but it allows parents the ability to take a break and relax in the shade while the kids have fun. Hours of Operation: Tuesday-Wednesday: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. | Thursday-Sunday: 10 a.m.-7 p.m.

Can you exchange tickets you've purchased?
The Players Championship Ticket Exchange gives you the opportunity to re-sell your tickets to other golf fans looking to attend the tournament. The credit form from the sale of your ticket(s) through The Players Championship Ticket Exchange will automatically be deposited into the bank account you designate within seven days.

Using this new feature is simple. All you need to do is click on "Sell Ticket" to post your tickets on The Players Championship Ticket Exchange, click "Ticket Holder", log-in using your Ticketmaster Account email and password (or create a new account), populate how many tickets you want to sell then enter the barcode and selling price.

A confirmation will be sent once the process is complete or the tickets have been sold. Any account with a past-due balance will not be able to re-sell or forward tickets.
