Former “Jackass” star Bam Margera will spend six months on probation after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct Wednesday over an altercation at his home near Philadelphia.

“Jackass” star Bam Margera has surrendered to Pennsylvania State Police for allegedly punching his brother during an altercation four days earlier at their home in the Philadelphia suburbs.

Pennsylvania State Police say they are looking for “Jackass” star Bam Margera after he allegedly punched his brother in the face during an altercation at their home in the Philadelphia suburbs.

According to the spokesman, Margera was arrested on a trespassing charge at 11:56 p.m. at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel after he went into the hotel looking to get a room. Police tell ET that when the hotel staff informed Margera they had no rooms available, he allegedly started harassing individuals inside the hotel. According to the police spokesman, hotel staff asked Margera to leave the property but he would not, so the hotel staff called the police. Margera's arrest comes after he agreed to enter rehab earlier this month following his very public cry for help and a private meeting with Dr. Phil. (CNN) - Bam Margera needs help and he's asking Dr. Phil for his expertise. Margera said Dr. Phil is the "only person" he'll trust. "Dr. Phil, I've seen 28 doctors, I've been to four rehabs," Margera said in one Instagram video that has since expired. Margera posted a picture of himself on the way to meet Dr. Phil, captioned, "I was in a hurry, i couldnt miss a first class flight for doctor phil," Margera wrote. CNN has contacted representatives for Margera and Dr. Phil for further comment.

After his highly public and very emotional plea, Bam Margera will soon be getting help. Margera's decision comes shortly after another source revealed that Margera and Dr. Phil spoke at length on Monday, in a session that was filmed in the studio's green room for the Dr. Phil show, but did not take place in front of a studio audience.
