Investigators said Tuesday that pilot Ara Zobayan lost his bearings during the Jan. 26, 2020, flight when he flew fast into low clouds. In 1999, John F. Kennedy Jr., who was not certified for instruments-only flight, likely crashed into the ocean off Massachusetts after being disoriented by haze that obscured the horizon, the safety board determined. Instrument flying is standard among airline and military pilots and used when conditions don't allow a pilot to fly by sight. Even pilots who don't expect to fly by instruments must receive some training in the skill.

Vanessa Bryant was “shocked and devastated” by the reports, the lawsuit states. And we’re content that those involved did that.”Vanessa Bryant's lawsuit alleges the sheriff's actions constituted a “cover-up” of the misconduct. The legislation was prompted by the crash photos. “Shortly following this tragic crash, Sheriff Villanueva sponsored legislation which now makes it a crime for public safety personnel to take and share non-official pictures of this nature," the statement said.

CNN Video(CNN) - Actor-comedian Kevin Hart and two others were involved in a car crash in Calabasas, California early Sunday, according to a California Highway Patrol incident report obtained by CNN. Hart and the driver, Jared Black, sustained "major back injuries" and were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment, the report states. Black was driving Hart's 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, according to the report, when he lost control of the vehicle. Hart's wife, Eniko Parrish, told TMZ in a video interview on Monday that her husband was "going to be just fine." #LiveLoveLaugh," Hart wrote on Instagram.
