Momofuku, a food and restaurant brand started by chef David Chang, says it won’t defend its trademark on the name “chile crunch” after it sparked an outcry by sending cease-and-desist letters to other businesses using the term.

Teaming up with a few of his hilarious celebrity pals, including Chrissy Teigen, Kate McKinnon, Lena Waithe and Seth Rogen, Chang is going on a world tour of cuisine tasting across four different cities in the new four-part Netflix series Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. As we see in the trailer, Chang will be heading to Vancouver, Canada, with Rogen to eat freshly caught seafood, and to Los Angeles with Waithe for some of the city's famously multi-cultural culinary creations. Teigen joins Chang on a journey to Marrakesh, Morocco, where they are both enchanted and baffled by the incredible spread of different dishes. Meanwhile, Chang meets up with McKinnon in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where the Emmy-winning Saturday Night Live star philosophizes about traveling and dining. "I was going to say that the best part of traveling is eating, but I think that's wrong," McKinnon reflects.

The Impossible Burger made a splash last week when it debuted in California -- in its first full weekend sale in Gelson's supermarkets, Impossible Burger outsold ground beef from cows, in terms of both revenue and the number of pounds sold, said Impossible Foods. "The Impossible Burger generated more excitement than any other single product we've seen in more than a half-century of operations," said Gelson's CEO Rob McDougall in the press release. The Impossible Burger debuted three years ago at Momofuku Nishi, a high-end restaurant in New York City owned by chef David Chang. Now, the Impossible Burger is served at over 17,000 restaurants, including Burger King and White Castle.

The Impossible Burger debuted three years ago at Momofuku Nishi, a high-end restaurant in New York City owned by chef David Chang. Today, the Impossible Burger is served at over 17,000 restaurants, including Burger King and White Castle. It plans to make the Impossible Burger available in retail stores nationwide by the middle of next year.
