A British judge has sentenced five men for their roles in an arson attack in London that authorities say was masterminded by Russian intelligence as part of a wider campaign of sabotage and disruption.

European intelligence officials say they’re worried the risk of serious injury or even death is rising in a campaign of sabotage blamed on Russia as untrained saboteurs set fires, plant explosives or build bombs.
