Floridians who are transgender can no longer change their driver’s licenses to match their current gender identity because of a new policy by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.

It’s the last week of 2021, and the Florida Highway Patrol and Department of Transportation are doing all they can to ensure drivers are careful on the roadways as they travel to their holiday destinations.
