"We always said we would find a solution in the coming two years," Merkel said. A rising teenage star in the equestrian world has died after falling from her horse while practicing at home in Great Britain. Iona Sclater, 15, was described as an "exceptionally talented and dedicated" rider by British Eventing, the sport's governing body that country.
