Francis Lane, 76, is a driver's ed instructor in Plymouth, Massachusetts, charged with indecent assault and battery of three teenage girls. In Los Angeles, a victim who asked that we not use her name said she was sexually assaulted by Tom Lam, a drivers ed instructor and registered sex offender. Last week, investigators outside Portland, Oregon, arrested Paul Douglas Burdick, a drivers ed instructor and bishop with his local church. Now, there's a movement to install cameras in all driver's ed vehicles, says Bob Gillmer, president of the Driving School Association of the Americas.

"A couple of the breakers, half of them got burnt out and Im almost positive that's what's going on here, Schiller said. Schiller returned to the basement, where our team of producers watched Schiller cover the electrical panel without replacing a single breaker. "It seems like he might be trying to scam the customer out of changing a bunch of breakers, Siara said. There was nothing wrong with our breakers, there was a wire loose, and that was the only problem downstairs, she said.
