Businesses rattled by President Donald Trump’s on again, off again tariffs are absorbing more jolts after a U.S. appeals court temporarily blocked a federal court order that would have halted most of his taxes on foreign imports.

American businesses that rely on Chinese goods are reacting with muted relief after the U.S. and China agreed to pause their exorbitant tariffs on each other’s products for 90 days.

The Trump administration raised tariffs on goods from China to 145% in early April.
