JEA’s vegetation management crews are working to ensure power lines are clear of tree limbs or branches that could impact electric access during a storm.

The app is called “My JEA” and can be downloaded on a smartphone. Some of the features include customers securely accessing their accounts and seeing how much they owe in real time, rather than waiting on a bill.

JEA is offering solutions to help you if you’re having trouble with those higher bills.
