Car fire closes lane of Philips Highway in Mandarin No description found
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A car on fire has closed one northbound lane of Philips Highway at Sunbeam Road on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Jacksonville Fire-Rescue was called to put out the fire.
Once the incident was cleared, traffic returned to normal.
