I-95 NB at Emerson reopens

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says two northbound lanes on Interstate 95 before Emerson Street have reopened after a crash.

Traffic is still slow moving in the area. Drivers are urged to find another route.
