JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A semi-tractor trailer crash is causing severe delays eastbound on J. Butler Boulevard before San Pablo Road.
Delays are building before Kernan Boulevard. Drivers are urged to take an alternate route while crews work to tow the truck and trailer out.

The Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department said two people were trapped inside the truck, but were rescued without injuries.
