TRAFFIC UPDATE: I-10 east off-ramp to US 301 reopens after vehicle fire

Jacksonville Fire and Rescue crews were working at the scene of a crash on U.S. 301 south at the I-10 east off-ramp Wednesday morning.

A JFRD spokesman said the crash involved a semi and a U-Haul and at least one of the vehicles had caught fire.

Drivers were urged to expect delays in the area, where there is already ongoing construction.

The road has since cleared.
