Overturned tractor trailer closes Blount Island bridge No description found
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – An overturned tractor trailer closed Blount Island Boulevard bridge in both directions near Heckscher Drive Friday morning, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Police reported there were injuries but was unable to provide details about the extent or number of people injured.
Heckscher Drive was open to traffic, but travelers had to use the Dave Rawls Boulevard bridge to get to and from Blount Island.
