Women's History Month: Dr. Frances Bartlett Kinne

Dr. Frances Bartlett Kinne, founded the College of Fine Arts at Jacksonville University in 1960 and later became its dean in 1969, making her the first woman dean of a college in the U.S. She later made history again in 1979 when she was named JU's first-ever female president, becoming the first female university president in Florida.
