18 mini-bike drivers seen popping wheelies, taking over Jacksonville streets arrested, accused of multiple charges

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said 18 mini bike drivers were arrested over the weekend and accused of multiple crimes including street racing and reckless driving.
