Despite opposition, Oceanway Chick-fil-A one step closer as the planning commission votes in favor of rezoning

There was a big turnout as more than 20 North Creek residents packed a Jacksonville planning commission meeting on Thursday where the commission approved the rezoning, making the proposed Chick-fil-A restaurant one step closer to opening in the Oceanway neighborhood.
