Family of Leonard Cure file federal lawsuit against Ga. deputy involved in fatal shooting during traffic stop

The family of a 53-year-old man who was fatally shot during a traffic stop in October filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday against the Georgia deputy who pulled the trigger. The lawsuit is seeking monetary damages in excess of $16 million.
