Animal control captures 2 of the dogs Arlington residents say killed pets, terrorized neighborhood

Just one day after News4JAX aired the story about a pack of dogs terrorizing the neighborhood in two Arlington apartment complexes, animal control located the dogs’ owner and confiscated two of the dogs.
