Councilman ‘heartbroken and disappointed’ after vote passes to move forward with San Marco mixed-use storage facility

Plans to build a self-storage facility with affordable housing and retail space in San Marco are moving forward after the Jacksonville city council voted Tuesday to bring the facility to the corner of Hendricks Avenue and Prudential Drive.
