Jacksonville ranks in top 25 for best US cities for renters

For renters seeking affordability, space and steady economic growth, Jacksonville is emerging as a top choice in 2025. The River City ranks No. 21 as a best U.S. city for renters in 2025, according to a recent RentCafe report. That’s up from 25th last year. The study comprised 150 cities, with southern cities leading the rankings.
