City of Jacksonville is opening 14 recycling drop-off sites

The sites will be open Monday through Sunday from sunrise to sunset and drop off is free. The city council will also be voting on a bill that would set aside 4 million dollars in federal COVID-19 relief money to help with the yard waste pick up.
