Burglar bar door keeps woman, children trapped in fire

Investigators say safety measures on a house in Northwest Jacksonville kept neighbors from helping a woman and two children trapped in a burning house. Firefighters got them out, but the woman died and the children were rushed to the hospital with critical injuries.
