Permitless gun carry closer to becoming law due to proposed bill

Florida gun owners may be able to carry concealed weapons without a license soon after a proposed bill heads to the Senate for a final vote. News4Jax reporter Aaron Farrar tells us that this bill would not let allow open carry.
