Donna Deegan wins Jacksonville mayoral race

For the first time in Jacksonville's 200-year history, a woman will serve as mayor. Voters chose Democrat Donna Deegan to serve the River City for the next four years. Ashley Harding joins us outside the mayor elect's future office to discuss Deegan's priorities moving forward.
