Family of hatchet-wielding man shot by Jacksonville officer files wrongful death lawsuit

The parents of Kevin Mahan say their son was experiencing a mental health crisis during his deadly encounter with a Jacksonville police officer in 2022. Now they are suing the officer and the city.
