HUD to investigate Hilltop Village apartments next week

Getting results for residents of a rat infested apartment complex on the Northwest side of Jacksonville: News4Jax has learned that the Department of Housing and Urban Development will be inspecting the property next week, after we discovered it should have been inspected in 2017 but wasn't. Residents met with people from the state on Saturday.
