Rivers Edge development groundbreaking

The riverfront in Jacksonville is changing. Tuesday morning city officials and the developer -- Preston Hollow-- broke ground on a long-planned project recently renamed "Rivers Edge." The more than 30 acres of land on the Saint Johns River's southbank will be developed in the next 2 years.
