Ride failed inspection before opening of Jacksonville fair

The Dizzy Dragon ride at the Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair has not been allowed to operate since it failed inspection Thursday, before the fair officially kicked off that evening, due to a list of problems that could compromise rider safety, according to an inspection report.
