Avondale homeowners believe aging infrastructure is causing area to flood

There’s frustration among Avondale homeowners every time heavy rains cause significant flooding on Challen Avenue near Park Street. Homeowners say an aging infrastructure is causing that area to continue flooding pretty badly.
