JSO officer arrested, accused of domestic battery against girlfriend who refused to have sex with him

A Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office officer was arrested Thursday in St. Johns County and accused of domestic battery, domestic strangulation and depriving the victim of the ability to call 911.
