Nearly 9,000 cases reported each year: JSO, Hubbard House bring awareness to domestic violence

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and Hubbard House teamed up Monday to bring awareness to domestic violence in Jacksonville and hopefully put an end to the deadly issue.
