Clay Education Foundation recognizes Heather Miller as Clay County ‘Teacher of the Year’

Heather Miller, an educator at Lake Asbury Elementary School, was recognized Thursday night as the Clay County “Teacher of the Year” during the Clay Education Foundation’s Apple Awards.
