1 dead after dump truck flips onto pick-up truck

JSO said a dump truck had just driven off MLK Parkway at Phoenix Avenue around 9 a.m. when for unknown reasons it flipped on top of a pick-up truck that was northbound on Phoenix Avenue. The driver of the pick-up was killed.
