JSO arrests 4th suspect in Julio Foolio shooting death

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office confirmed that an overnight SWAT standoff at the Collins Preserve apartments between I-295 and Collins Road ended in the arrest of Rashad Murphy, who was wanted in connection with the shooting death of Jacksonville rapper Julio Foolio.
