SWAT standoff in Jax leads to 4th arrest in ambush murder of rapper Julio Foolio in Tampa

 A day after the announcement that three people had been arrested in the shooting death of Charles Jones, a Jacksonville rapper known as “Julio Foolio,” a SWAT standoff led to the capture of another suspect in Jacksonville.
