Tropical Storm Debby turns northward toward the Florida panhandle and continues to move northeast

As of the 8 p.m. National Hurricane Center update, hurricane hunters are investigating Tropical Storm Debby as it turns northward toward the Florida panhandle and will continue to move northeast at 14 mph through Sunday.
