Descendant of builder is fighting current owner over demolition of historic Mandarin farmhouse

A 145-year-old home on Linjohn Road called the Henry C. Arpen farmhouse is being considered for demolition by its current owner, but a surviving family member of the original builder is advocating to preserve it by having it designated a local landmark.
